Murry Gunty

Murry Gunty is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Manager of Blackstreet.  Prior to founding Blackstreet, Mr. Gunty was CEO and Founder of BCM, a General Partner at Jacobson Partners, LP, and was a Partner at Lazard Freres Real Estate, LLC. He also worked at the Blackstone Group, where he was an Analyst. Mr. Gunty graduated from Harvard College, where he received a BA in Economics, and Harvard Business School, where he received an MBA.

Kevin Kuby

Kevin Kuby has worked in the turnaround and restructuring industry for over 22 years, with experience across a wide variety of industries. He was previously a Managing Director at BCM, a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Kuby received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois – Urbana / Champaign.

Jack Myers, CFA

Jack Myers previously worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking division of FBR & Co. where he gained experience in public and private equity offerings as well as M&A transactions in a variety of industries. Mr. Myers graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and is a CFA charterholder.

Robert Dragonette

Rob Dragonette has 20 years’ experience as a CFO in several industries and the roles of President and General Manager. Mr. Dragonette is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. 

Patricia LaBorde

Patricia LaBorde previously was the Chief Legal Counsel of a specialty finance company where she focused on transaction financing, regulatory matters, and litigation management. Ms. LaBorde is a graduate of the University of Delaware and received her J.D. from George Washington University School of Law.

Deborah Sorgi, Ed.D.

Deborah Sorgi, Ed.D. is the Chief Executive Officer of AWE Acquisition, Inc. ("AWE"). Prior to joining AWE, Dr. Sorgi held executive positions in sales, marketing and operations at educational publishing companies. Dr. Sorgi received a BA in Elementary Education from St. Francis College, a MS in Reading Specialization from St. John’s University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix Online.

Jim Serafin

Jim Serafin is the Chief Executive Officer of Cartesian, Inc. ("Cartesian"). Prior to joining Cartesian, Mr. Serafin founded and operated multiple enterprises, leveraging his technology background and M&A experience. Mr. Serafin graduated with Honors from Villanova University and Lehigh University, where he received degrees in Mathematics.

Craig Geraci

Craig Geraci is the President of Mom365, Inc. ("Mom365"). Prior to Mom365, Mr. Geraci served in a senior sales executive position for Lifetouch, North America's largest volume school photography company.  Mr. Geraci has experience across a variety of industries in both sales and as a business owner.  Mr. Geraci graduated from Arizona State University, where he received a BFA degree.

Shannon Wagner

Shannon Wagner is the President of NSA Media, Inc. ("NSA"). Prior to becoming President at NSA, Ms.Wagner was the Chief Client Officer at NSA working with clients on strategy and planning. Ms. Wagner graduated from Marycrest University.

Aidan Mossip

Aidan Mossip worked previously as an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Regions Securities LLC where he focused on leveraged finance transactions.  Mr. Mossip received a B.S. with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Andrew Zuckerman

Andrew Zuckerman previously worked as an Analyst at NewSpring Capital & Verisma Systems, gaining experience in FP&A, Portfolio Management, and Financial Modeling. Mr. Zuckerman graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University with a BSM in Finance & Management and an MS in Quantitative Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
